This session looks at the impacts of rapid changes occurring on the Texas Gulf Coast, such as erosion, habitat loss, development, and the accumulation of marine debris. The panel will discuss how watersheds and bays connect the state to the rest of the Gulf and to the world as well as explore new approaches to building resilient coastlines, restoring habitats and fisheries, and balancing the needs of industry and nature.
