Allen Gelwick is a strategic advisor and insurance innovator with more than three decades of experience structuring risk and capital solutions that enable infrastructure development, corporate growth, and institutional investment. A founding partner of Lockton Houston in 2001, he later helped build the Lockton Texas platform as the firm expanded across the region.
