Ronel Golden is the Founder of Houston-based RSRG Consulting firm which offers strategy and communications advisory and coaching services to senior leaders of private, public and philanthropic organizations. She began her career as an investment banker at Absa Capital and senior contract specialist at KPMG Tax, after acting as administrator of the German Development Cooperation's Southern African headquarters. 
Ronel is involved in various philanthropic efforts, including serving as a board member of the Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council and as Vice Chair of Rice University’s Tapia Center, amongst others. She is the author of two books; The Getting Out Guide – a manual to support individuals to end abuse and rebuild their lives, and political/historical thriller, Nicole. 
Born in the Netherlands and raised in South Africa, Germany, and Greece due to her father’s roles as Ambassador and PM, Ronel speaks five languages at various levels of proficiency. She received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Laws, International and Comparative Law, from Southern Methodist University.
