Devon is Head of Sustainability at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Devon was Head of Sustainability at Ralph Lauren where she led the development and execution of the company’s global environmental impact strategy. Previously, she worked in sustainability and social impact at Etsy and Walmart. Devon has also worked in the sustainability field with leading NGOs such as the Environmental Defense Fund and the Environmental Law Institute and in government posts at the Environmental Protection Agency and on Capitol Hill.
Devon holds an MBA and an MS in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan and a BA in Environmental Studies and Government from Colby College.
