Ashaki Goodwin is the Director of Government Affairs and United Nations Representative for the Development Bank for Resilient Prosperity (DBRP), an initiative of the PVBLIC Foundation. In this role, she leads multilateral engagement and government relations, focusing on climate finance, sustainable development, and capacity-building for vulnerable nations, particularly Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
With over 15 years of experience in international development, trade, and public sector strategy, Ms. Goodwin has held key positions at the Caribbean Development Bank, the CARICOM Secretariat, and the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. Her expertise spans climate finance, trade facilitation, and resilience-building in vulnerable communities. She has been instrumental in advancing initiatives such as the SDG Data Alliance and the SIDS Global Data Hub, which aim to bridge the digital divide and enhance climate resilience through data-driven solutions.​
Ms. Goodwin holds a Master’s degree in Integration Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Law from the University of the West Indies. Her work continues to empower developing nations to access critical resources and partnerships for sustainable, inclusive growth.
