Kasper Fröhlich is Vice President of Energy Transition at COWI North America, where he leads the company’s strategic expansion into renewable energy and green fuels across the U.S. With over two decades of experience in energy and infrastructure development, Kasper has been instrumental in positioning COWI as a key player in the North American clean energy market.
Relocating from Denmark to Houston in 2023, Kasper spearheaded COWI’s launch of its U.S. green energy division, aligning with the opportunities presented by the Inflation Reduction Act. Under his leadership, the company has rapidly grown its presence in sectors such as green hydrogen, carbon capture, waste-to-energy, and Power-to-X solutions. His efforts have contributed to COWI's commitment to exclusively pursue green projects, enhancing its reputation as a leader in sustainable engineering consultancy.
Kasper holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, a degree in Engineering Business Administration (EBA), and has completed executive leadership programs at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute (University of Potsdam) and IE University in Spain.
