Eric has over 20 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, in a variety of leadership roles across operations, sales, and product management.  He has been at Lennox for 10 years and currently serves as Director, Product Management & Sustainability in the residential segment.  In this role he is responsible for the Heating and Packaged product categories, and for sustainability across the business.  Prior to his time in the HVAC industry, Eric served in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Officer.
Eric is passionate about leading companies in establishing and executing sustainability strategies that create value and commercial success.  He is a LEED Green Associate and holds the FSA Credential (Level 1) from the IFRS.  Eric is currently serving on the North Region Council for USGBC Texas.
Eric earned his Master of Arts in Sustainable Energy from Johns Hopkins University, his MBA from the University of Texas, and his BS in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.  He recently completed the Sustainability Leadership Program at the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
