Passionate about transforming leaders and companies, Eric is executive leaders with ~30 years of experience in power/energy industry, advisory, and investment experience.  With a track record in complex situations (strategy, M&A, transformation, and partnership development), he has both strat-house and restructuring advisory experience and serves trusted advisor to executives, boards, investors, and policy makers.  Having worked in the traditional energy economy (from power to oil & gas), the bridge economy (from shale gas and clean tech), and the transition energy economy (clean fuels to electrification), Eric leads the Energy Transformation Practice in North America for Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture. PIP is a global leader in shaping and derisking energy strategies (from alternative rates to resource adequacy), responding to market and operational disruptions (from carbon accounting to coal plant efficiencies), commercializing and scaling new technology (from battery recycling to CCS), and building new capital and infrastructure partnerships (from data centers to blue ammonia).  Notable, Eric has guided entry, exit, merger, and restructuring of $150B+ in transactions across the global energy complex and has served as interim executive as well.  Eric is a frequent speaker and a published author and has presented to industry, investment, and community forums, including providing expert-witness testimony.  He began his career in power generation with TXU Corp (now Vistra Corp + Oncor) and held strategic planning and operational leadership roles across supply, delivery, and customer operations for both natural gas and power markets.  Eric lives in the DFW area with wife and two daughters and serve his community in a few forums, including the executive board of the Circle Ten Council of Scouting America.
