Over his three decade career, Michael has provided sustainability advisory services to Fortune 500 companies, the public sector and multi-lateral agencies. He helps clients reduce risks and enhance enterprise value as they navigate their environmental, social and governance obligations and aspirations. With extensive experience in greenhouse gas accounting, policy development, mitigation, resilience, and adaptation, Michael is committted to doing what it takes to secure a just and sustainable future. He guides clients through the energy transition, addressing investor confidence, customer demands, employee expectations and compliance with protocols like CDP, GRESB, TCFD, TNFD and CSRD. He is a member of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Roster of Experts and was recognized by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for his contributions to their receipt of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.  Michael holds a Bachelors in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
