Speaker Bio
Brad Boa is the Co-Founder and Director of Partnerships & Collaboration at Restorative Farms, an innovative urban agriculture initiative rooted in South Dallas.
Brad holds a deep belief that the power of locally raised, organic, fresh food can heal both communities and ecosystems. He has spent the last decade reimagining how cities grow food, people, and purpose—especially in historically underserved neighborhoods.
Before launching Restorative Farms, Brad built a successful career as a brand strategist and entrepreneur, working with industry-leading companies including Dell, HP, Segway, eInk, Philips, and other well-known global brands.
Brad’s extensive experience in leading businesses to launch, scale, and position their companies in the marketplace now contributes to his passion for building regenerative, resilient, and inclusive local food systems in urban environments.
At Restorative Farms, Brad’s co-leadership role fuses his entrepreneurial experience with community-rooted impact. He has been instrumental in launching sustainable farming operations, hydroponic training programs, and other ag-related collaborations—all while fostering partnerships across schools, faith-based groups, government agencies, and corporate allies.
His vision: to create a vibrant agrisystem that offers opportunity, nourishment, and purpose to all.
He divides his time between his home in Dallas and his East Texas ranch with his wife.
Brad believes, as Wendell Berry said, that “eating is an agricultural act”—and that by uniting innovation with justice, we can truly Grow a Better Dallas.
