The Climate Initiative is a Youth-Focused Oraganization dedicated to educating, activating and empowering youth to get involved in climate action. Ariel Maldonado is the Youth Engagement Manager and works directly with youth who are looking to get involved in climate action. Through the Climate Action Leadership Program, Ariel helps youth reframe their perspectives on how they can engage in Climate Action beyond planting trees and picking up trash, by bringing existing frameworks and lenses to the public.
