Mr. Preston is the Managing Partner of TEM Capital, a private equity investment company, and is currently a director of numerous private companies. He spent most of his career (about 30 years) at MIT managing technology licensing and more generally technology development. Mr. Preston has testified before Congress as an expert in technology seven times and chaired meetings on technology initiatives for President George H. W. Bush and King Charles.
