With over 15 years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit management, I have had the privilege of leading Niagara Cares, Niagara Bottling’s philanthropic initiative to leave a legacy across the United States and into Mexico. This role allows me to blend my expertise in grantmaking, partnership development, and team building to create impactful programs. Previous roles include executive leadership roles for significant philanthropies investing worldwide.
I work closely with nonprofits to align our philanthropic efforts with Niagara's values and business goals. Our strategy, Reimagine the Future, focuses on three key pillars: recycling, watershed management, and community wellness. Through these pillars, we aim to foster sustainable practices, protect vital water resources, and enhance the well-being of the communities we serve.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and I am fortunate to work with a team and partners who value innovation and kindness as much as I do. Together, we tackle some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges, using trust and empathy as our tools.
To me, leadership is about being a mentor and a coach, and I strive to be a source of encouragement for my team and peers. Every day, I am inspired by the potential we all have to contribute to a better world, one small act of kindness at a time.
