Tiffany Buck joined the Arevon team in early 2025 as its Director of Sustainability, bringing nearly two decades of experience in communications, environmental health and safety (EHS) and environmental, social and governance (ESG).
In her current role, Buck is responsible for the development and implementation of Arevon’s sustainability strategy across the organization, as well as building new systems that standardize sustainable best practices during greenfield and brownfield development. She also leads Arevon’s efforts to integrate ESG considerations into its business strategy and corporate policies, including the design and implementation of its goal to be net-zero by 2040.
Prior to Arevon, Buck was the Senior Manager of ESG and Sustainability at Leeward Renewable Energy where she developed its first sustainability strategy, and oversaw the company’s ESG metrics, due diligence, and reporting to the executive team and board of directors. Before joining Leeward, Buck was the ESG and EHS supervisor for Devon Energy. She has served as a volunteer for the United Way and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, and as a Business Mentor for the Women’s Energy Network of Greater Oklahoma.
Buck holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from Oklahoma Christian University, and an Organization Development and Process Professional Certification from the Institute of Organizational Development.
