Caitlin is a conservation strategist with a background in engineering and a passion for bridging science and impact. She began her career at Texan by Nature in 2021 as a Program Manager, where she worked to accelerate conservation efforts across Texas through the Conservation Wrangler program, Business Member initiatives, and Return on ConservationTM research. With a degree in Geosystems Engineering and Hydrogeology from the University of Texas at Austin, Caitlin leveraged her technical expertise to manage projects that drive measurable benefits for people, natural resources, and the economy.
