Natalie Terrill serves as the National Director of Sustainability for The Beck Group. With a comprehensive understanding of pre-construction, design, and construction processes, she spearheads the firm’s sustainable design, construction, and business initiatives, including annual reporting of greenhouse gas emissions for the company's U.S. operations.
Named a LEED Fellow in 2022, Natalie has 20 years’ experience in sustainable building consulting; having overseen the certification of more than 15 million square feet of built space with global project teams and Fortune 100 companies. 
Her extensive experience in implementing large-scale, system-wide green building initiatives, combined with active involvement in multiple high-level sustainability committees and task forces makes her a skilled facilitator, exceling at translating complex technical issues for diverse stakeholders across the built environment.
Natalie is deeply involved in the green building community and is a frequent public speaker, guest lecturer, and mentor.
