David A. Russell  –  President & CEOFor over 32 years, David has served in senior level management and leadership positions focused on building strategic relationships, business development, and corporate strategy.  Through entrepreneurial fortitude, he built a lucrative financial practice and served as the National Association of Insurance & Financial Associates (NAIFA) to advance the insurance and financial services industry in the United States. Basing his life in the service of others, David created several nonprofit companies to create jobs and to provide housing. Most recently, he created iRight Motion Foundation to give positive outdoor experiences to people with disabilities.
