As Senior Vice President of Agriculture for Panda Biotech, Serg Salinas is responsible for producer relations, feedstock supply, shipping, logistics, as well as the integration of digital capabilities across all aspects of the company’s business. Salinas has extensive experience in project management, marketing and digital media in the fields of agriculture, construction, distilled spirits, entertainment, merchandise, and publishing.
From 2004-2016, Salinas was Senior Vice President, Merchandising and Publishing for Impact Ventures, where he managed the global merchandise division and supervised graphic design, production and distribution for all merchandise and home video in the United States and in more than 120 countries around the world. He is also the former president of Tex-Ville Publishing.
Salinas attended Texas A&I University where he was a Farm & Ranch Management major, with an Animal Science minor.
