Pam and her husband, Will, live on a Davis Mountain Ranch, a wildlife sanctuary, in far west Texas. In 2012 they received a TPWD mammal rehab license, became a member of The Texas Chapter of The Wildlife Society and never looked back. Because Pam was concerned with wildlife conservation and habitats she accepted a nomination in 2014 to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Wildlife Diversity Advisory Committee. Currently, she serves on the Boards for Texas A&M University Press, Harte Reseach Institute Leadership Council, Ossabaw Island Foundation, CASETA (Center for the Advancement and Study of Early Texas Art), and Project Coyote. Additionally, this spring she is involved with the EarthX Congress of Conferences, Hill Country Alliance, and the the Belted Galloway Society. Will and Pam co-produced The Lions of West Texas (2017), The River and the Wall, Deep in The Heart (2023), American Southwest (2025), and Deep in the Heart II (2026) with Ben Masters; and Big Bend: The Wild Frontier of Texas with Skip Hobie; and Chasing The Tide with Jay Kleberg (2024). In 2020 Pam produced Wildlife Killing Contests with Filipe DeAndrade, which won Honorable Mention in the Jackson Wild Film Festival. Together Pam and Will support and promote Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and Foundation, Harte Research Institute, Texas A&M University Foundation, Gulf of Trust, The Nature Conservancy, Texas Wildlife Association, Borderlands Research Institute, Texas Ag Land Trust, Audubon Texas, Lights Out Texas, Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, Choose to Succeed, Ewing Halsell Foundation, and Hill Country Youth Ranch.
