Stefania is the CEO of Physis, a seed-stage fintech providing transparent, sustainable data and portfolio tools globally. Named among The Independent's Top 100 Climate Leaders alongside Bill Gates and Stella McCartney, she’s also featured in Innovate Finances’ Women in Fintech Powerlist and FT Partners Women in Fintech Report.
Previously, Stefania led Europe’s first $100M impact investing fund, pioneering impact reporting and advising on $90B in sustainable portfolios. She lectures at leading universities, including Harvard, and has authored two e-books on sustainable finance. Dedicated to women’s empowerment, she mentors at Harvard and holds leadership roles at various institutions.
Stefania holds a bachelor's in Economics and Finance from Bocconi and a master’s in Sustainability and Finance from Harvard.
