Susan Langer is the Founder & CEO of Spave, a fintech company that developed an award-winning mobile-first social giving app. With over 30 years of experience spanning corporate, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit sectors, Susan has held key leadership roles at organizations such as US Bank, General Mills, and World Vision. She is recognized for her innovative approach to social impact and technology, dedicated to empowering women and youth. Susan was honored as one of the Top Women in Finance by Finance & Commerce in 2018, and in 2022, she was named one of Twin Cities Business’ Notable Women in Technology and Dealmaker of the Year by Smart Business Dealmakers.  Susan contributes her expertise as a Commissioner on the City of Red Wing's Planning Commission and as a board member for Goodhue County Habitat for Humanity. She resides in Red Wing, Minnesota, with her husband Gary.
