Ross Eisenberg is President of America’s Plastic Makers™ at the American Chemistry Council (ACC), leading a committee of more than 30 of the nation’s top plastic resin and product manufacturers. Under his leadership, America’s Plastic Makers™ is strengthening U.S. manufacturing, driving innovation, and advocating for policies that support domestic jobs and supply chain resilience.
Previously, Ross served as ACC’s Vice President of Federal Affairs, where he played a key role in advancing major legislation, including the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, the Inflation Reduction Act, and permitting reform.
When he’s not championing the future of plastics, Ross enjoys Eagles games, cheesesteaks, and ‘80s hair bands.
