Andrew Siegel is the Dallas Mayor’s Environmental Commission Representative for District 10, a role he has held since April 2022. In this position, Andrew plays a critical part in advising the City Manager and City Council on the implementation of the Comprehensive Environmental & Climate Action Plan (CECAP). The CECAP serves as a roadmap for the city’s efforts to improve quality of life, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and prepare for the impacts of climate change, all while fostering a healthier and more prosperous community.
Andrew’s work on the commission builds upon a deep understanding of the environmental challenges facing Dallas, such as the impacts of climate change, and incorporates data from greenhouse gas inventories to guide decision-making.
