Description

As digital infrastructure becomes a central pillar of economic development, emerging technologies must be inclusive, efficient, and grounded in trust. In this fireside session, technologist Sean Koh introduces Proof of Reception (PoR)—a patented, edge-based validation protocol designed to enable decentralized, real-time transaction verification through human intelligence (HI) and device-level validation nodes (“PoRts”).

PoR presents a new paradigm for digital asset governance—one that reduces dependency on centralized or extractive systems, and opens pathways for local participation in ESG reporting, carbon tracking, and micro-tokenized economies.

As part of a broader commitment to technology transfer and innovation diplomacy, Sean will explore how PoR could support multilateral efforts like those of the Development Bank for Resilient Prosperity (DBRP) by offering scalable, secure frameworks that countries—particularly Small Island Developing States (SIDS)—could adopt to validate climate data, tokenize real-world natural assets (RWNA), and build sovereign data ecosystems.

This discussion will position PoR not as a replacement for blockchain, but as a forward-looking complement that prioritizes dignity, access, and interoperability in emerging digital economies.
