Hap Klopp was the founder and 20+ year CEO of the North Face.  He now runs his own global consulting company focusing on Strategy, Branding and Scaling of businesses is an adjunct professor teaching  Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley and Hult International Business School.   In conversation with Dylan Welch, Hap will explain how The North Face utilized environmentalism to build their global iconic brand and will also discuss why he believes that even in these tumultuous times, he believes that companies that are committed to the principles of ESG will be wildly successful.
